Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once the personalization is completed.

Refund

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

We will not issue a refund if:

• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on our Contact Us page.

Regrettably, international shipping services are not being offered at this time. However, as the operation grows, we hope to expand our reach to other locations and countries.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

KROKUS BAG KOLLECTION is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no additional charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Please DO NOT wash jute/burlap bag or immerse in water. Dry clean only or wipe with a moist soft-bristle brush or damp cloth. Always hang your bag up when not in use to maintain its integrity and longevity.

2. Custom and personalised orders

Orders can be personalized not exceeding 12 characters to include letters, numbers, spaces and punctuations. Customized orders are NOT accepted.

3. Sizing details

Tote bags measure 16" width x 15" length x 4.5" depth. Cross body bags measure 8" length x 12" base width x 3" depth

5. What is jute or burlap?

Burlap, also known as jute, is a versatile and durable material that offers a range of benefits. Some of the most common benefits of burlap include:

6. Does jute/burlap shed fibers?

Jute/Burlap is made from natural plant fiber. There is minimal shedding of fibers which may cling to wool and other soft fabric. To lessen fiber shedding, each bag is lightly sprayed with a non-toxic fabric finisher such as ModPodge. With continued bag use, shedding ceases over time.

7. Is the bag sturdy?

Each bag is lined internally with panels of semi-impermeable canvas and foam/sponge. These serve the following functions:

A. Stability - The bag is made sturdy and durable, for longevity.

B. Protection - Bag content is protected from liquid spillage. In addition, the soft foam-lined interior provides padded protection.

8. How long does it take to process an order?

Items are made to order and each order has a minimum turn around time of 2 - 3 weeks.

All bags are handmade items and ship directly to customers from Jamaica.
